    fix(ci): point Nexus build credentials at the secret that exists

    The pipelines read NEXUS_USER/NEXUS_PASS from `jx-git-user-credentials`
    and mount npm/pip/apt config from `nexus-nexus-build-credentials`.
    Neither secret exists in the jx namespace. The real one is
    `nexus-repository-manager-build-credentials`, and it already carries
    every key referenced here: nexus-user, nexus-password, .npmrc,
    pip.conf, sources.list.

    Both references are `optional: true`, so nothing ever failed — builds
    silently got empty credentials and no proxy config, and npm/pip/apt
    went straight to the internet through the NAT gateway.
