    refactor(iot): drop vehicle_id alias from process_telemetry response

    `_compute_response()` was emitting both `asset_id` and `vehicle_id`
    keyed on the same value as a one-window shim for downstream
    consumers (deadpool-iot-consumer + Flash WS server). Both have now
    been migrated to read `asset_id`:

    - flash#101 — WS server reads `telemetry.asset_id`.
    - deadpool#50 — `TelemetryPayload` drops `vehicle_id`; partition
      key switched to `asset_id`.

    This PR is the last step in that chain — Bifrost stops emitting the
    alias. Land AFTER deadpool#50 ships so any in-flight Deadpool pod
    still reading `vehicle_id` keeps working until it's rolled.

    Closes bifrost#164.
