    fix(fleet): derive vehicle status from IoT telemetry, drop Odoo state leak

    The fleetVehicles/fleetVehicle resolvers were returning vehicle.state
    (Odoo 'active'/'inactive' registration state) as the status field, which
    leaked admin-level data into the UI. Vehicles with no live IoT telemetry
    were rendered as ACTIVE (green badge) because the UI trusted this field.

    Now status is derived server-side purely from IoT device data:
    - offline: no active/connected IoT devices
    - moving:  connected + speed > 5 km/h
    - idle:    connected + engine on + speed <= 5
    - stopped: connected + engine off

    Odoo registration state stays in Bifrost where it belongs.
