    fix(preview): pass tolerations+affinity to KafkaNodePool pods + deleteClaim true

    KafkaNodePool template was missing template.pod.tolerations and
    template.pod.affinity, so broker/controller pods ignored the spot
    scheduling preferences set in helmfile.yaml.gotmpl. They landed
    on the default (regular) pool instead of spot, inflating costs.

    Also ensures deleteClaim: true so PVCs are cleaned up on teardown.
