    fix(pipeline): pass agy prompt as argv — agy 1.1.x --print ignores stdin

    Every antigravity text stage (prd/review/triage/classify) has been
    sending its prompt via stdin, which agy 1.1.1 ignores: the model gets
    an EMPTY prompt and answers from leftover session context ('I am
    currently running on Gemini 3.5 Flash…'). This is the actual root
    cause of the deadpool#99 garbage PRDs; the 0.13.12 blurb guards only
    catch the short variants.

    Verified in the production pod: stdin form reproduces the garbage,
    argv form returns correct output for single- and multi-line prompts.

    Refuse (loudly) prompts >=128KiB rather than silently truncating —
    that is Linux's per-argument exec limit.
